Altieri Chombi/ Roger Pitti

CHOMBI is a high-altitude coffee from Mima Estate, grown at 1,800 meters above sea level on the edge of Volcán Barú National Park. Harvested on March 11, 2025, it underwent careful flotation selection, controlled wild-yeast fermentation for 24 hours, and gentle washing before being sun-dried on African beds for about 7 days.
