Geisha from Finca Bella Alejandría is a premium specialty coffee grown at 1,900–2,000 m.a.s.l., processed naturally with 200 hours of extended fermentation to develop complex floral and fruity notes. Natural processing involves drying whole coffee cherries intact, allowing sugars from the fruit to infuse into the bean over 200 hours of controlled fermentation. This extended duration at high altitude enhances enzymatic activity, producing bright acidity and layered flavors without depulping.
