Brazil Cemorrado is an exclusive selection of premium Brazilian coffees sourced primarily from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions. Grown at 800–1,250 masl and harvested between May and June, this natural lot is built for balance, versatility, and consistency. The profile is defined by three distinct expressions: Sweet, with honey and brown sugar sweetness; Hazel, with notes of roasted hazelnut, almond, cereals, and milk chocolate; and Chocolate, offering cocoa butter and bittersweet chocolate richness.

This trio is designed as a reliable foundation for blending, while also performing beautifully as a single-origin filter or espresso depending on the selected profile. With cup scores around 83, Cemorrado delivers approachable sweetness, solid body, and a clean, dependable cup character.
