Finca Betania / Linarco Rodriguez

This Burbon Chiroso is a refined washed Colombian coffee from Betania Farm in Palestina, Huila, produced by Linarco Rodriguez at 2000 masl. This lot features the Bourbon Chiroso variety and is processed with selective harvesting, flotation cleaning, depulping, 60 hours of controlled anaerobic fermentation, thorough washing, sun drying on raised beds for 10–11 days, and stabilization before export. The result is a clean, expressive cup with mandarine, 70% cacao, caramelized sugar, and citrus fruit notes, a bright citrus acidity, and a medium, smooth, balanced body.

This coffee reflects the dedication of a smallholder-led community in southern Huila, where traceability, careful processing, and sustainable practices support quality in the cup.
