EUFORIA – CHA10 is an expressive washed Colombian coffee from Chapoleros, produced by Henry Bonilla in Pitalito, Huila, at 1700 masl. Built around a vibrant combination of Pink Bourbon, Colombia, and Caturra varieties, this lot is carefully processed through selective harvesting, controlled in-cherry oxidation, sealed fermentation, thermal shock rinsing, and full washing before being dried and rested for stabilization. The result is a refined cup with cardamom, cinnamon, coconut, and caramel notes, a bright citric acidity, and a silky light-medium body.
