A complex specialty coffee micro-lot produced by Cristina Rivera Benitez at Finca Las Brisas, located in the Montecillos coffee region of Intibucá, Honduras. Grown at 1,780 m above sea level, this coffee highlights the distinctive character of Red Catuai cultivated at high altitude.

The cherries undergo an anaerobic natural process before being sun-dried for 25 days. This extended drying method helps develop a rich, fruit-forward cup with pronounced wine-like aromatics, vibrant acidity, and a smooth, creamy body.

In the cup, expect expressive notes of red wine, passion fruit, cocoa, and blackberry, followed by bright fruitiness and a lingering creamy finish.
