Mexico SHG is a high-grown Arabica coffee sourced from the mountain regions of Oaxaca, Veracruz, and Chiapas, where altitude, volcanic soils, and ideal climate conditions contribute to a clean and refined cup profile. Grown between 1,100 and 1,300 meters above sea level, this coffee offers a silky cup with vanilla aroma, floral acidity, a strong body, and layered notes of caramelized sugar, dark chocolate, and grapes.

Carefully handpicked through multiple picking rounds, the coffee undergoes 20–24 hours of fermentation before being dried naturally and mechanically sorted for consistency. With varieties such as Marsellesa, Bourbon Caturra, and Mundo Novo, Mexico SHG is well suited for buyers looking for a balanced, elegant coffee with both sweetness and structure.
