This naturally processed lot is made from Castillo and Caturra varietals and undergoes 48 hours of controlled oxidation after pulping, followed by full solar drying on raised beds to preserve structure and sweetness. The result is a cup with caramel, toffee, orange, and walnut notes, a sweet floral aroma, bright citric acidity, and a smooth, rounded body.
